Diagnosing/Troubleshooting
Is your check engine, SRS, ABS, or Traction Control light on? We are able to pull the specific code in order to perform manufacturer specific diagnosing procedures which include component testing from the most likely to the least likely cause of failure. Doing this makes it more efficient and less time-consuming, which saves you money!
General Mainenance
General maintenance on vehicles is on of the most important services that we provide to our customers. With regular maintenance, your vehicle runs better, is more fuel efficient, and lasts longer.
Proper Fluid Type & Capacity
When changing the fluids in your vehicle, it is imperative to use the correct fluid specified by the manufacturer. Not doing so can lead to major damage to components as they are designed to use a specific type and amount of fluid. We always use recommended or better quality fluids in your vehicle.
Electrical Diagnosing
Dealing with an electrical gremlin? With the number of electronics in vehicles nowadays, it can be a daunting task when trying to track down an electrical issue. Especially due to the fact that many circuits are integrated with each other. Losing communication with one sensor or circuit can disable two or more systems! We utilize vehicle specific electrical diagrams that trace the circuits from start to finish.
DTC Meanings & Potential Failure
There are several computer modules in newer vehicles and each one has the ability to control multiple sensors and circuits. When one of these modules detects an issue, they can illuminate their respective light as well as store a DTC, (Diagnostic Trouble Code). Retrieving these DTCs and knowing what they mean, can provide us with an invaluable starting point when diagnosing your issue. We have several dealer level scan tools which assist us in doing just that.
Turbo Diesel Repair Procedures
If you are an owner of a vehicle with a turbo diesel motor, you know quite well that, in some ways, they are a completely different animal than petrol engines. There are completely different sensors, systems, fluid specifications, DTCs as well as maintenance schedules. We can provide you with these unique maintenance and repairs which is vital to ensure that your turbo diesel motor continues to run strong.
